- First aap back laga kar seedhe let jaye. Ab apni right side ko mud jaye.
- Ab aap apne right hand ki kohni ko bent kar aur apne sir pe tika tika de jaise hamare bhagwan vishnu ji rakhte hai.
- Note: apne puri body ka weight aapke usi side me hona chahiye.
- Jab aap right side me lete ho to apna left ghutne ko bend kare aur fir apne left hand se left anguthe (Toe) ko pakde aur apne pair ko staight stretch kare, aapke par ka sole uppar ki or hona chahiye.
- Apne ghutne ko staight rakhe aur apne pair ko sir ke close le jane ki koshish kare.
- Iss pose ko 30 seconds se 1 minute tak hold kare. Or phir iss pose ko other side repeat kare.
- Iss asana ko 8-10 bar repeat kare.
