Vakrasana baithkar karne wale aasno ke related aata hai. Vakra sanskrit ka word hai. Jiska matalab hai tedha, lekin is aasan ke karne se merudand seedha hota hai. Vakrasana reedh ki sakriyata ko badhata hai. Madhumeh se aapko bachata hai. Depression me bahut aham bhumika nibhata hai. Ab baat aati hai is aasan ko sahi tarike se kaise kiya jay. Yaha par iske karne ke saral tarike bataye ja rahe hai, jisko aap achi tarah se samajh kar aasani se apne ghar pa kar sakte hai.

Step 1: Aap apne pawo ko failakar zameen par baithe. Dhyan rahe dono pairo ke beech ki duri na ho.

Step 2: Baye paaw ko ghutne se mode aur isko uthakar daye ghutne ke bagal me rakhe.

Step 3: Reedh seedhi rakhe aur saans chhodte huye kamar ko bayi or mode.

Step 4: Ab hath ke kohni se baye pair ke ghutne ko dabab ke sath apni or kheeche.

Step 5: Aap pair ko is tarah se apni or khichte hai ki pet me dabab aaye. Apne hisaab se Yogasan ko maintain kare.

Step 6: Ab saans chhodte huye apni pahli position me aaye.

Step 7: Yah process dusri or dohraye. Yah ek chakra hua. Is tarah se aapr 4-5 chakra kar sakte hai.

Vakrasana Me Saans Lene Ka Process

1- Saans chhodte huye aap kisi ek taraf modte hai.

2- Dheere-dheere saans le aur dheere-2 chhode.

3- Lamba lete huye pahli position me aaye.

Vakrasana Ke Fayde-Labh 

1- Diabetes ya madhumeh ko rokne ke liye Vakrasana Yoga bahut hi faydemand hota hai. Yah paikriyas ko active karta hai aur sahi matra me insulin ke srav me help karta hai. Is tarah se yah Diabetes ke control aur prabandhan me aham bhumika nibhata hai.

2- Is yogasan ke rojana practice se aapke sharir ki charbi kar hoti hai. Kyunki ki is yoga ke exercise se aapke pet aur sharir me acha khasa dabab padhta hai.

Vakrasana Me Savdhaniya

1- Agar aapke pet me dard ho to aapko yah aasan nhi karni chahiye.

2- Jyada kamar dard me ise nahi kare.

3- Ghutno ka dard hone par is aasan ko karne se bachna chahiye.

4- Gardan dard hone par bhi isko karne se bache.

5- Kohni me dard hone par isko karne se bachna chahiye.
