Step 1: Sabse pahle aap khade ho jaye, fir apne pairo ko 1 meter ki duri tak failaye aur andar ki or saans le.

Step 2: Apni dono arms (bhujao) ko kandhe ki seedh me le jaye.

Step 3: Fir kamar se aage ki or jhuke aur isi beech saans ko chode.
