Tadasana Yoga kaise Kare

Step 1: Tadasana khade hokar karne wala exercise hai. Ise karne ke liye sabse pahle aap zameen par ek kambal bichakar seedhe hona hai. Fir apne dono pairo ko milakar rakhe aur hatho ko kamar se satakar rakhe.

Step 2: Is position me aapka shair sthir rahna chahiye. Yani ki aapke dono pairo par shair ka saman vajan padhna chahiye. Ab dheere-dheere hatho ko kandho ke paraspar le jaye.

Step 3: Ab dono hatheliyo ki ungaliyo ko milakar sir ke uppar le jaye. Ab saans bharte huye apne hatho ko uppar ki or khichiye jab tak aapko kandho aur chhati me khichav feel nhi hone lage.

Step 4: Isi dauran pairo ki aidi ko bhi uppar uthaye aur savdhani se panjo ke bal khade ho jaye. Ab figure lock lagakar hatho ke panjo ko uppar ki or mod de.

5. Bahut sare log jo ki har waqt chair par baithe rahte hai jinhe chalna nhi aata un logo ko Tadasana jaroor karna chahiye. Is yoga ke practice se chalne ka idea aata hai aur aapki aur bhi problems door hoti hai.

6. Is aasan se peeth ka dard yun hi door ho jata hai. Agar Is yoga ko aap sahi tarike se kare to aapka peeth ka dard hamesha ke liye khatm ho jayega.

Tadasana Ke liye Savdhaniya

Bahut se log galat tarike se Yoga ka abhyas karte hai jiske result kuchh bhi nahi aata aur wo fir Yoga karna chhod dete hai. To agar aapko Yoga se fayda lena hai to aapko jaroor savdhaniy baratani hongi.

1- Tadasana yoga sir me dard hone par na kare.

2- Pregnant mahila ko yah aasan nhi karna chahiye.

3- Jinke ghutno me jyada dard ho unhe ye aasan nhi karna chahiye.

4- Agar aap is aasan ko karna sikh rahe hair to pairo ki ungaliyo par aakar is yogasan ko na kare.

5- High blood pressure wale is aasan se door rahe.
