Chakrasana Bidhi: Chakrasan Indian yoga ka ek important aasan hai. Chakrasan Yoga peeth ke bal kiya jane wala ek important yogasan hai. Chakrasan 2 words se milkar bana hai – Chakra ka arth pahiya hota hai aur aasan se matalb hai yog mudra. Is aasan ko karte time aadmi ke sharir ki position ek pahiye ki tarah hoti hai, Isliye ise chakrasan kahte hai. Ise wheel pose ke naam se bhi jana jata hai. Iske alawa yah dhanurasan ke bilkul biprit hota hai isliye ise adhwa dhanurasan ke naam se bhi jana jata hai. Waise to chakrasan ke bahut sare labh hai fir bhi agar aapko apni budhape ko rokna hai aur jawani barkarar rakhna ho to chakrasan yoga ka abhyas jaroor kare. Chakrasana Kaise Kare

Chakrasana yoga karna itna aasan nhi hai, lekin yaha ham aapko bahut hi saral tarke se iske bidhi ko samjhane ja rahe hai jo ki kafi madadgar sabit hoga.

Vidhi: 

Step 1: Sabse pahle aap peeth ke bal kisi samtal jagah par dari ya chatai bichakar baith jaye.

Step 2: Ghutne mode aur aidiyo ko nitambo se chute huye pairo ko 10-12 inch ki duri par rakhe.

Step 3: Baho ko uthaye aur kohniya mod le.

Step 4: Hatheliyo ko kandho ke uppar sir ke nikat zameen par rakh le.

Step 5: Ab aap saans andar ki or le aur dheere-dheere dhad ko uthate huye peeth ko mode.

Step 6: Dheere se sir ko latkta chhod de aur baho aur paw ko yathsambhaw taan le.

Step 7: Dheere-dheere saans le aur dheere-dheere saans chhode.

Step 8: Is process ko aap tab tak kare jab tak aapko lage aap kar sakte hai.

Step 9: Iske baad sharir ko is tarah neeche karte huye pahli position me laute ki sir zameen par hi tika rahe. Sharir ke extra bhag ko neeche laye aur aaram kare.

Is tarah se aapka ek chakra pura hua. Aise hi aap 5-6 bar is yoga ko kar sakte hai.

Chakrasana Yog Ke Labh

Chakrasana Yoga ke bahut se fayde hai. Yaha par ham aapko kuchh khas benefits ke bare me batane ja rahe hai. Lekin dhyan dene wali baat yah hai ki aap is yogasan se jyada se jyada labh utha sakte hai.

Agar aapka pachan tantra sahi nhi hai to aapko Chakrasan yoga karna beneficial hai.

Sharir ko furtila banane ke liye yah yoga labhkari hai.

Daudh bhari zindagi me jyadatar log spine ki problems se jujh rahe hote hai. Lekin is yoga ke abhyas se aapko merudand ki har problems se nijat dila sakta hai. Sath hi yah apke ridh ki haddi ko lachila aur majboot banata hai.

Yah Yoga heart (hriday) ko healthy banata hai.

Chakrasan Me Savdhani

Jyada high blood pressur wale is aasan ko karne se bache.

Heart ki problems me isko nhi kare.

Is aasan ko karna thoda kathin hai kabhi bhi jabardasti nahi karni chahiye.

Chakkar aane ki position me is yoga ko nhi kare.

Jyada kamar dard par iska abhyas mat kare.

Harniya, netra dosh aur gardan ki dard wale ise na kare.

Jo chakrasana nhi kar paye unhe ardh chakrasana yoga karna chahiye.
