Snacks Ka Sevan

Smoking Ki Lat

Agar aapke alcohol ko chhodna chahte hai to dheere-2 is aadat me badlao lane ki koshish kare. Agar aapko lag raha hai ki aap alcohol ka sevan nhi chhod pa rahe hai to counseling ki help le sakte hai. Iske sath hi kuchh khas dwa niyam se li jay, to sharab ki lat ke shikar logo ko rahat mil sakti hai. Ye dawaye na sirf alcohol se sharir ko hone wali bimariyo ko thik karti hai.
